We use this information only to review, manage and respond to your enquiry. Sending a contact enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. If you separately select the optional checkbox to receive The Pixel Note, your name and email address will also be provided to MailerLite for that purpose.

Contact form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox. We do not maintain a separate enquiry database, although our website and email service providers may retain limited delivery, security or operational logs.

The Pixel Note newsletter

If you subscribe to The Pixel Note, we will use your email address to send you occasional emails from Wattle Pixel Co.

You can unsubscribe at any time by selecting the Unsubscribe link included in our emails. You may also be able to update your email preferences using the Manage preferences link provided in our emails.

Our email marketing and subscriber management services are currently provided through MailerLite. Information provided through our newsletter forms may therefore be processed and stored using MailerLite's systems.

Payments and purchases

When you buy directly from Wattle Pixel Co, payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. The payment provider processes payment-card and payment-method information under its own privacy terms. Wattle Pixel Co may receive transaction details such as purchaser name, email address, billing country, amount, currency, product, payment status and provider transaction identifiers.

We use this information to fulfil purchases, issue software licences or subscriptions, provide receipts and support, prevent fraud, handle refunds and disputes, and meet accounting, tax and legal obligations. We do not need to receive or store your full payment-card number to fulfil an order.

Third-party services

Wattle Pixel Co may use third-party services to operate our website, communicate with subscribers, process payments and provide access to our products. These may include:
