Seller

Products and services sold through wattlepixelco.com are sold by Wattle Pixel Co, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, unless a checkout clearly identifies another seller or marketplace.

Orders and payment

The price, currency, billing frequency and any applicable tax are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Wattle Pixel Co does not need to receive or store your full payment-card number to complete a purchase.

An order is accepted when payment is successfully authorised and we make the purchased product, licence, subscription or service available, subject to fraud, pricing-error and legal-compliance checks.

Software and digital products

Unless otherwise stated, software and digital products are licensed or supplied for your use rather than sold with ownership of the underlying intellectual property. You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer for unlawful purposes, or share paid credentials or licence files outside the permitted use.

Product-specific licence terms may define device limits, account rules, supported versions or other conditions.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring subscription, the billing interval and renewal price are shown before purchase. Your subscription will continue and renew automatically until cancelled unless the checkout says otherwise.

You can cancel future renewals using the cancellation method provided for that product or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges and normally leaves access available until the end of the current paid billing period, unless product-specific terms state otherwise.

One-time licences

Some software products may be offered as a one-time licence. The checkout or product page will explain what version or entitlement is included, whether updates are included, and any device or user limits.

Digital services

Website design, development, consulting or other project-based services are additionally governed by the proposal, scope, quotation or agreement accepted for that project. Where those project terms conflict with these general Terms of Sale, the accepted project terms apply to that project.

Delivery

Digital products and licences are normally delivered electronically after successful payment. Subscriptions are normally activated through the relevant product account or entitlement. Delivery times for services are governed by the agreed project schedule.

Prices, currencies and taxes

Prices may be displayed in Australian dollars or another currency shown at checkout. Where required, applicable GST, VAT, sales tax or similar taxes may be calculated or collected based on the information available at checkout. The final amount is displayed before you confirm payment.

Consumer guarantees

Fraud and misuse

We may suspend fulfilment, access or licence recovery where reasonably necessary to investigate payment fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorised resale, credential sharing, unlawful use or security incidents. This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to products

We may improve, update or discontinue products and features over time. For paid subscriptions or licences, material changes will be handled consistently with the terms under which you purchased and applicable law.
