Product-specific terms
Some Wattle Pixel Co products may publish additional product-specific terms or privacy information where their functionality, data handling, licensing or billing differs from our general policies. If product-specific terms conflict with these general policies, the product-specific terms apply to that product to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.
Marketplace purchases
Purchases completed through a third-party marketplace such as Etsy, Amazon, an app store or another external platform are also governed by that platform's checkout, delivery, refund and dispute processes. Our direct-sale policies apply to purchases made directly from Wattle Pixel Co unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in our policies excludes, restricts or modifies a right, consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
